We assist with smart TV setups, Wi-Fi improvements, printer and device setup, along with other practical solutions to ensure your devices work the way you need. Our goal is to bring peace of mind with patience, kindness, and reliable tech help.
Discounts: Seniors (65+) and Students (with ID) receive 20% off all regular service rates. We believe everyone deserves quality tech support, especially those learning new tools or living on a budget.
Service Area: We are based in Richmond, BC and proudly serve the Lower Mainland. House calls and pick-up/drop-off options available.
Seniors First: We offer priority scheduling for seniors, and patient, step-by-step assistance with no complicated tech talk. Family members welcome during visits!

| Personal Device Training | We provide patient, one-on-one coaching on how to confidently use your laptop, phone, or tablet—including photos, apps, email, security, and video calling. | $60/hour |
| PC & Laptop Optimization | Speed-up, cleaning, and update management. | $90 flat |
| Virus & Malware Removal | Scan, remove, install protection. | $100 flat |
| Wi-Fi & Networking | Modem/router help, range extender setup. | $60/hour |
| TV & Surround Sound Setup | Smart TV, streaming apps, sound system wiring. | $60/hour |
| Smart Home Setup | Assistants, smart plugs, cameras, thermostats. | $60/hour |
| Data Backup & Recovery | Backup to cloud or external drive, file recovery. | $60/hour |
| Parental Controls Setup | We configure parental controls on devices, routers, and streaming platforms to help protect children from inappropriate content and limit screen time. | $90 flat for up to 3 devices, or $60/hour for more |

| Phone Call Tech Support | Call-in assistance for quick help with technical issues or questions. | $20 per call (up to 10 minutes), then $10 for each additional 10-minute block |

Billing & Payment: MulliSoft Tech Services issues digital invoices through Wave, a secure online payment platform. Clients can pay conveniently using major credit cards, debit cards, or direct bank transfer, subject to availability. A detailed receipt is provided automatically upon successful payment.
